Benefits that begin "Day 1" of employment to all employees:

• Direct Deposit - You will have every paycheck deposited automatically in up to three bank accounts.
• Employee Investment Account - A savings plan is available through paycheck deductions or direct lump sum deposits. The interest rate is 2 points below prime.

Benefits that begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment for full-time employees:

• Medical Plans - An employee can choose one of three plans offered for themselves and immediate family members to suit their needs and budget. McCafferty shares the cost.
• Dental Plans - An employee can choose one of two plans offered for themselves and immediate family members on a voluntary basis to suit your needs and budget.
• Vision Plan - An employee can enroll themselves and immediate family members on a voluntary basis to help pay the costs of eye exams, glasses and contacts.
• Life Insurance - $10,000 of life insurance paid for by McCafferty. Additional life insurance can be purchased at group rates for the employee and family members. Non-smokers receive a discount.
• Cancer Insurance- Reimbursement of medical and non-medical expenses is available to employees and immediate family members through this voluntary insurance.
• Flexible Spending Accounts - This program offers employees a way to take care of out-of-pocket health care or dependent care expenses with pre-tax money. A debit card helps to make this program hassle free.
  
  

Paid Time Off Benefits for Full-time Salaried and Hourly Employees:

• Holidays - The Company celebrates New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
• Personal Days - Earn up to three (3) personal days per year.
• Vacation Days - Earn up to three (3) weeks of vacation per year depending on length of service.
