At McCafferty Kia of Mechanicsburg, we've been anxiously awaiting Kia's "next big thing". And no, we're not counting the DriveWise autonomous vehicles--that's rather a long way off.

Last year, we had the reveal of the completely-redesigned 2016 Kia Sorento. For this New Year, finally, our next big thing is a sneak peek of the unbelievably gorgeous new concept, the full-size SUV Kia Telluride.

Our designers are always pushing the boundaries. On January 11th, you’ll be able to see our latest concept car at @naiasdetroit!

So why be excited about the new Kia Telluride? For one, it will fill a fairly significant gap between the Sorento and the Sedona, for Mechanicsburg drivers who want the spacious versatility of a full-size but don't quite want to give in to the minivan just yet. It will also likely bring a whole host of awesome new features; the concept model includes 3D-printed components in the interior, and what Kia calls "unique in-cabin health-and-wellness technology". What is that, you may ask?

Well, we have no idea either.

But we'll learn a lot more soon, about the new Telluride concept and the full new Kia lineup, at the 2016 Detroit Auto Show. Stay tuned.
