Kia Motors is dedicated to producing the safest, highest quality vehicles with an affordable sticker price. But did you that Kia is also dedicated to keeping teen drivers safe on the road? B.R.A.K.E.S., which stands for "Be Responsible And Keep Everyone Safe", is a new, one-of-a-kind, hands on driving program for teens that is co-sponsored by Kia Motors. The B.R.A.K.E.S program goes above and beyond the basics to teach teens skills like how to recover control when a vehicle drops a wheel on a highway shoulder, or a panic stop exercise to teach teens safer and more controlled responses to an emergency braking situation. These skills are all taught on a closed course, instructed by highly skilled former race car drivers and driving instructors, using real life situations in vehicles supplied by Kia. The courses are held at racetracks all over the country, and you can find out where and when by visiting the B.R.A.K.E.S. website. If you have a new driver in your family or are just looking for a new vehicle, we invite you to visit Team Kia to see our new Kia inventory and to learn more about Kia's innovative safety measures.
